Configure reCAPTCHA for localhost:

• In the reCAPTCHA Admin Console, when adding domains, make sure to include "localhost" as one of the domains.
• If you are using reCAPTCHA v3, you might need to configure it to allow requests from "localhost" in the reCAPTCHA Admin Console.
